Why it's easy The Ambassador Program is set up as a thank you network to reward your best patients for doing what they already do. The program rewards LASIK patients for being an Ambassador for your practice and for telling their friends and family about their great experience they've received at your office. If their friends and family members are thinking about having a LASIK procedure, the program rewards them for visiting you to see if the procedure and practice is right for them. The Ambassador Program rewards two types of participants. The Ambassador (an existing patient) An Ambassador is a person who has had a LASIK procedure and has agreed to participate in the program by telling friends and family about the success of their LASIK procedure. By sharing information about their experience, surgery results and new outlook on life free from contact lenses and glasses this individual acts as an ambassador on behalf your practice. The Ambassador is registered in the office after surgery. By agreeing to participate he/she earns an entry towards a $15,000 travel voucher good for a dream vacation of his/her choosing. Click here for more information The Referral (a potential patient) A Referral is a person sent by an Ambassador who registers for a consultation at your office and has qualifies for a LASIK procedure. An Ambassador gives the Referral an RSVP card and asks the individual to set up a consultation with your office. After qualifying for a LASIK procedure, your staff registers the individual as a Referral in the program. By agreeing to participate, the Referral earns an entry towards a $15,000 travel voucher good for a dream vacation of his/her choosing. At the same time, the Ambassador associated with the referral earns an additional entry into the sweepstakes. Click here for more information How the Program works The program can be summed up in the following four steps: 1. Recruit Your office recruits a new ambassador after surgery. The Ambassador is given a unique 8-digit ambassador ID that ties all participants together and qualifies for their first sweepstakes entry. The Ambassador then goes out to share their experience and benefit referral with friends and family. 2. RSVP The Ambassador distributes referral cards to friends and family who RSVP their interest by filling out & sending in the reply portion of their card, calling the listed phone number or by filling out our online RSVP form (located at www.uslasik.com/rsvp The RSVP is completed when the family member/friend brings in the RSVP card with their ambassador ID and their PIN number. 3. Referral RSVPs become Referrals after they qualify for a LASIK procedure. After the exam in your office the staff registers them as a Referral. Both the Referral AND the Ambassador get an entry into the sweepstakes. 4. Reward A sweepstakes winner is picked once/year. If the winner is an Ambassador, he/she receives a $15,000 travel voucher good for a dream vacation of his/her choosing. If the winner is a Referral both the Referral AND the Ambassador receive $15,000 travel vouchers. The Sweepstakes Qualifying Ambassadors and Referrals are collected at the end of the year for a drawing for a $15,000 travel voucher. The more entries an individual has in the sweepstakes, the better their chances of winning. The travel voucher can be redeemed for airfare and travel accommodations to the destination of the winner's choice. It must be used for travel and cannot be redeemed for cash. Top performers qualify for incentives for going above and beyond their normal workload by registering program participants.
